The accommodation is newly appointed, and represents a fusion of ancient and modern – with exposed beams and polished solid oak kitchen worktops, original wood panelling, solid oak floors, a chandelier, roll top bath on the open-plan mezzanine sleeping platform, and all the conveniences of elegant, comfortable living down below, including a Bosch 5 ring gas hob, a roomy Siemens fridge freezer, a smart TV and dishwasher. The washing machine is housed under the stairs on the ground floor, and serves all three flats in the property. The flat is also provisioned with high speed broadband, double glazing and gas central heating.

The apartment sleeps up to 5 - there are 2 comfortable double beds, and a pull-out, single, air-sprung mattress which rests on the floor.

The en-suite master bedroom, provisioned with a modern wet room, enjoys views of the hillside opposite & St. Andrew’s church spire from the window seat. Upstairs there’s a double bed on the mezzanine platform, next to the bathroom area, complete with a roll top bath and views of the distant moor. Please note the upper bathroom is fully encloseable by curtains, should you wish to enjoy privacy.

The main living space is open plan, with kitchen, diner and living-room over-lapping, enabling you to combine food and socialising in an easy, intimate atmosphere. The 5 openings - comprising 3 windows and 2 roof lights - ensure a light-filled space for your relaxation and enjoyment.

Outside and up a steep flight of stone steps, a designer-built garden overlooks the valley opposite, and provides a sun-trap in the afternoons for lazy barbecues…
